“The Pigeon Will Ride the Roller Coaster” is another wonderful Mo Willems book for the preschool crowd. Pigeon wants to ride a roller coaster, will he be ready? Pigeon learns he needs to have a ticket, he needs to stand on line, he needs to wait on line. I can relate to pigeon wondering if he’ll like the roller coaster after such a long wait on line. The illustrations are precious and go along well with the story.
I suggest Pigeon books as good “read to” toddlers and preschoolers at story time. They will love it.
